The Gipton Health Needs & Assets Assessment is a way of finding out the health and social needs of people living in Gipton, including the local things that help to keep people happy and healthy. We want to work together with you and local partners to tackle the things that challenge your health and happiness and build on the good things locally that help to keep you well. The Health Needs & Asset Assessment will shine a light on what local services or activities might be needed and how services may need to be adapted to best fit the communities they serve.
There is no funding directly attached to this project. The report will be used by Public Health, community partners and perhaps yourself to help push for change.
