Belle Isle Green Spaces

Residents have told us there are issues with green spaces; vandalism in parks, spaces that could be community gardens and nowhere for older children to safely hang out. There is evidence that tells us that having easy access to green spaces and nature is good for making you feel better and healthier. Together with other local organisations in the area, we have teamed up to try and improve the green spaces in the area.

If this is something that interests you, we would appreciate 5 minutes of your time. We’ll collect your comments and use them to create list of ideas for you to vote on. So will be back in touch. With your priorities, we’ll create a green spaces action plan and start work. This will include seeking funding for the projects and that takes time. It is likely we won’t start any projects until summer 2023.
