Kitchen interiors - Tarnside and Mardale

Leeds City Council are building 41 new council homes on the land off Mardale Crescent, Hawkshead Crescent and Tarnside Drive in Seacroft. Construction is due to be completed in summer 2022, you can view the planning application at Public Access Leeds.

We are keen to have community participation in the design of these homes, so we are inviting local residents to vote for their preferred kitchen interiors. One of the four samples will then be used across the scheme.

Bidding for New Homes

To apply for a new build council home, you will need to join the Leeds Homes register.

This site also contains contact information in case you require assistance with completing an application, or if have any questions in relation to your application.

New build properties will be added to the feature page a couple of weeks before they are advertised to help make sure all interested applicants do not miss the dates that properties are available to bid on. Once they are advertised on the Leeds Homes Website, bids can be placed.
