More tenants are now managing their tenancy online using our 'self-service portal'. To help you manage more of your tenancy online we are planning some improvements later in the year. As well as being able to check your rent balance and make a rent payment, you will also be able to book certain types of repairs.


Before we launch the new portal we would love to get your feedback about our current 'self-service portal' to understand the features you find useful and any areas we could improve.

How to get involved

  • If you have a self-service portal account please complete our survey. It should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
  • You can use the ideas board to share ideas that other people can see and comment on too
  • If you haven't already, please register now to experience the benefits of the Housing Leeds Self Service Portal

An online account allows the lead tenant to:

  • make a rent payment
  • view details of repairs to your property within the last 28 days
  • view your up to date rent account and print off a statement
  • access information about your tenancy
  • update your personal information including mobile telephone number
