Consultation has concluded

This consultation is now closed. Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey. We appreciate your feedback.

Looking at the survey results:

  • Over half of those who responded told us that being able to check their rent payments is very useful
  • 1 in 3 said a better repairs section is important. Particularly being able to raise repairs and see more detail about ongoing repairs

Here are some of the comments we received:

“It’s so easy to pay rent and don’t have to take time out to travel to housing office and you can check payments and account details online”

"It enables me to check my account balance, and make a safe internet payment. I can also see my history record for repairs"

"It’s useful to see any important updates, making sure rent is up to date."

New self-service portal coming soon

This new portal will be available from Monday 2 August. We will be emailing a link to the registration page with an activation code. This will allow regular users to log onto the new one as soon as possible.

Please note that between 4pm 27 July and 2 August there will be no access to the Self-Service Portal.

We will be asking for your views on the new self-service portal in the coming weeks. Please look out for the survey on Your Voice Leeds and let us know what you think.
