Are you aged 45 or over?
The Retirement Life Service of Housing Leeds supports over 4,500 older people to live independently in their home. We do this in 125 Retirement LIFE (sometimes known as 'sheltered') schemes across the city.
In each scheme, our Support Officers are available to provide regular well-being checks, with choice given to residents on how we do this, to suit their changing needs.
We are asking anyone aged 45 or over, to help us improve the service that we offer to current and future residents. This consultation will help us to:
Know what our residents think about our service
Understand the needs of older people in relation to housing and support
Offer appropriate advice and support to help older people to live independently
Hear what is working well and where you think we can improve
Consider the changing needs of older people now and in the future
Make sure the service can be flexible and adapt to changes
